Ingredients

  • Bourbon whisky 45 ml
  • Red vermouth 15 ml
  • Hazelnut syrup ODK 15 ml
  • Lemon bitter 2 drops
  • Cinnamon stick

Preparation

Start off by burning your cinnamon stick. Get a flame and get your cinnamon stick burning a bit. Place your smoking cinnamon stick on a heat-safe plate and place your cocktail glass over it to smoke it.
Chill your mixing glass and pour all the ingredient. Stirr until reach the right dilution.
Strain on ice and garnish with lemon zeste and cinnamon stick.
